Dear Ptr. Dick,
Greetings!
My desire to leave for
Nepal
last June has not been granted. But not all is bad news. The pledges for my
monthly support quota have now reached $900.00. I would only need another
$100.00 more or only P4,500.00 except that an overlooked item, my evacuation
insurance which is part of my home factor (the amount of support my home organization,
Translators Association of the
Philippines
requires) now needs to be added. So I need another P4,500.00 But again praise
God for I have three newpartners who are right now in prayer as to how much they
will pledge for support.
Last night, a friend
hosted a dinner where I was given the chance to speak about this ministry. I am
waiting for the response of three couples as a result of that. Another group of
guys in the dinner also promised to advocate for me in their church. I sent an
email containing my missionary resume. Ahh
God is doing mighty things. My heart
is full of thanksgiving. This Sunday Im speaking at a church in Pampanga.
Please also pray for more partners.
My commissioning at TAP was moved to
July 28, 2007 to accommodate the wedding of
another member. It will be held at
3:00 P.M
at 1 Don Doroteo,
Don
Enrique
Heights,
Commonwealth
Ave.,
Quezon City. If you are
coming from Cubao, take the tunnel U-turn at Batasan, then turn right to gate of
Don
Enrique
Heights which is right across St. Peter
Church. Please tell me if you can make it. I would love for you to come.
Blessings,
Ting

Dear Ptr. Richard,
My joy cannot be worded for the partnership of
Olongapo
Church. C.S.
Lewis wrote a book titled, "Surprised by Joy." And
that is how I feel
about your partnership with me. I pray Phil.
4:19 for you and your
church. God is more than able to return back to you the
blessings
you've given to me a thousand times over.
I'm sorry you cannot come, but I know that you are fully
with me in
prayers.
With deep joy,
Ting
